Schedule/Program Feedback Form

WCUW is looking for your comments and feedback about your favorite shows. Use this form to submit comments about how you feel about a specific program and/or DJ. It could be praise or it could be positive constructive feedback but we hope to use it to improve our programs and your enjoyment of WCUW. We also want to know if you feel it is an appropriate time for this program to air. We would also like to know what you would like to hear on WCUW that we are not currently presenting.

Complete the survey and leave us with your mailing information and we'll send you a complimentary CD as well as a Frankenstein's Recycling T-Shirt.

FRONTROOM Concert Feedback

Use this form to submit comments about a specific WCUW FRONTROOM Concert, the setting, the sound, the musician. We use your comments to improve our concert series and make the experience all the more enjoyable.

New Program Suggestion Form

WCUW is always open to new program ideas from our listeners. Use this form to submit your idea for new a program and provide some of details of the concept.

Musician Performance Application

Use this form to submit your band for consideration for as a featured act in our FRONTROOM Concert Series, for consideration for a LIVE broadcast from WCUW's FRONTROOM Thu Night Free Concerts, for consideration of an on-air studio interview and live play, or consideration for other WCUW performance opportunities.
